About the Blog

Hmm. So this blog used to be about living in a small space–but that was before we left our 680-SF San Francisco apartment for a considerably-bigger-than-that house in Pittsburgh. Comb through the archives and you’ll find a lot about how we eked out a pretty swell life in a one-bedroom apartment for as long as we could.

Then, of course, we picked up and moved closer to family, and got us a big ol’ backyard and enough room that I can telecommute. So the blog’s evolving. We shall see.

  3. Hello!
I am part of Togetherfarm (http://www.togetherfarm.com).
TogetherFarm features a gardening blog, and have recently introduced an innovative modular raised garden box product made from recycled food grade plastic–Togetherfarm Blocks.

With Togetherfarm Blocks, you can assemble a 2′ by 2′ garden box in as little as 5 minutes. No tools or additional hardware are required. Build a custom garden to fit nearly any yard, balcony, or rooftop space. The Blocks are made from lightweight and durable food-grade plastic (BPA- and Phthalate-Free) so you can be sure your garden box won’t leach harmful chemicals into the soil.

We have been written about by Sunset Magazine (http://westphoria.sunset.com/2013/08/26/kickstarter-we-love-togetherfarm-blocks/)
